Conditions of Sale

FORM OF PAYMENT: Certified funds,  Wire Transfer, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. All items are described as accurately as possible in regards to authenticity, condition of finish and desirability. Please include $30.00 per item for shipping and handling. All items are shipped FedEx  insured. Three day inspection upon receipt of the merchandise. Account credit only on returned items that exceed the three day time limit. All refunds will be processed within thirty days commencing upon receipt of the returned item.  Items purchased with American Express are subject to a 4% service charge.   All returned items must be received in unaltered / undamaged condition. We require notification by telephone  or email of any item being returned, and must occur within the three day time limit. All funds must be received within five days unless prior arrangement's have been made.

WARNING: Purchasers assume all liability contingent to the use of firearms, ammunition, and other merchandise purchased from Monty Whitley Inc. All weapons that are sold as antiques or collector's items are not guaranteed as safe or in functioning order and are not intended for actual use.

NOTICE: All goods are sold "as is". There are no warranties of fitness or merchantability, express or implied, which extend beyond the description contained in the face thereof. This agreement shall be construed and governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE: All Federal and State firearms laws will be strictly observed, no exceptions. All firearms manufactured after 1898 require a SIGNED federal firearms license and must  be shipped to the address as it appears on the license. States that have regulations or requirements that exceed the Federal provisions, including certain antique and curio & relic items, must comply with those laws as set forth by their state of residence. Full compliance is mandatory. Your local Federal Firearms licensed dealer can provide you with information regarding your purchase of a firearm, and in most cases assist you by sending a copy of his signed license to us.
